Focus on impact and use the strength based approach in your team. If you play people to their strength it helps people be far more satisfied and leads to better outcomes.
Value the output and stay focused on the execution
Stop and ask yourself - why are we doing this and what will it be used for? Are we focusing on the impact or effort?
